Après l’article L. 4131‑6 du code de la santé publique, il est inséré un article L. 4131‑6‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 4131‑6‑1 . – Dans les zones mentionnées au 2° de l’article L. 1434‑4 du code de la santé publique, le conventionnement à l’assurance maladie d’un médecin ne peut intervenir qu’en concomitance avec la cessation d’activité d’un médecin exerçant dans la même zone. Un décret en conseil d’État fixe les modalités d’application du présent article.
