Summary

Après l’alinéa 8, insérer les quatre alinéas suivants : « 3° L’ensemble des boissons alcoolisées et sans alcool dont la dénomination fait référence à une marque d’alcool. « Cette interdiction ne s’applique pas :  «  a)  aux influenceurs spécialisés dont le métier est lié à l’industrie des alcools ayant une appellation d’origine protégée ou une appellation d’origine contrôlée ; «  b)  aux influenceurs publiant de l’information oenotouristique. »
