Summary

Après l’alinéa 16, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 6° Après le quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 311‑1, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé :  « Les personnes responsables d’un enfant instruit dans la famille sont informées par l’autorité de l’État compétente en matière d’éducation, à la suite de l’autorisation prévue à l’article L. 131‑5, des modalités selon lesquelles elles peuvent accéder aux ressources pédagogiques du ministère chargé de l’éducation nationale ou financées par lui. »
