Après l’article L. 552‑1 du code de l’environnement, il est inséré un article L. 552‑2 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 552‑2. – Les garanties financières constituées en vue de leur démantèlement par les installations de production d’énergie renouvelable et par les installations nucléaires de base mentionnées à l’article L. 593‑2 sont recouvrées par un comptable public, qui procède à leur consignation entre les mains de la Caisse des dépôts et consignations, dans des conditions fixées par décret. »
