Summary

L’article 26 de la n° 2009‑1436 du 24 novembre 2009 pénitentiaire est complété par deux alinéas ainsi rédigés : « La liberté de religion s’exerce dans le strict respect de la laïcité, sous la responsabilité des aumôniers qui la dispensent. « En cas de non-respect de la laïcité, l’agrément des aumôniers, délivré en application de l’article D439 du code de procédure pénale, peut-être suspendu ou retiré, dans des conditions fixées par décret en Conseil d’État. »
