Summary

Après l’article L. 162‑8-1 du code de la sécurité sociale, il est inséré un article L. 162‑8-1‑2 ainsi rédigé :  «  Art. L. 162‑8-1‑2.  – En cas de prolongation d’un arrêt de travail, l’indemnisation n’est maintenue que si la prolongation de l’arrêt est prescrite par la sage-femme prescriptrice de l’arrêt initial ou par le médecin traitant, sauf impossibilité dûment justifiée par l’assuré et à l’exception des cas définis par décret. »
