Compléter l’alinéa 5 par les deux phrases suivantes : « La circonstance aggravante prévue à l’avant-dernier alinéa du présent article est également constituée lorsque les faits sont commis par l’ancien conjoint, l’ancien concubin ou l’ancien partenaire lié à la victime par un pacte civil de solidarité. Les dispositions du présent alinéa sont applicables dès lors que l’infraction est commise en raison des relations ayant existé entre l’auteur des faits et la victime. »
