Summary

I. – Le VI de la section II du chapitre II du titre IV de la première partie du livre premier du code général des impôts est complété par un article 963 bis ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 963 bis .  - Le montant du produit des droits mentionnés à l’article 963 est affecté aux organismes mentionnés à l’article L. 742‑9 du code de la sécurité intérieure. » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État résultant du I est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits prévus aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
