Summary

Le 1 du I de l’article 197 du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Au début du quatrième alinéa, le taux : « 41 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 45 % » ; 2° Le dernier alinéa est ainsi rédigé : « – 50 % pour la fraction supérieure à 180 294 € et inférieure ou égale à 250 000 € ; » 3° Il est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « – 60 % pour la fraction supérieure à 250 000 €. »
