Summary

I. – Après le III bis de l’article 244 quater B du code général des impôts, il est inséré un III ter ainsi rédigé : « III ter . – Sont exclues du bénéfice du crédit d’impôt recherche les entreprises qui, dans les cinq ans précédant la demande, ont été condamnées au titre de l’article 225‑1 du code pénal ou sanctionnées pour méconnaissance de leurs obligations prévues aux articles L. 1132‑1 à L. 1132‑4 du code du travail. » II. – Un décret précise les modalités de vérification de l’absence de condamnation.
