Après l’alinéa 38, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Art. 983 C bis. – Par dérogation à l’article 983 C ne sont pas considérés comme des biens professionnels familiaux les titres de capital d’entreprises, définis aux articles L. 212‑1 à L. 212‑5 du code monétaire et financier, dont l’activité principale est la gestion de leur propre patrimoine, qu’il soit mobilier, notamment par la détention d’un portefeuille de participations dans d’autres sociétés, ou immobilier ».
