Summary

I. – Au f du 1 de l’article 195 du code général des impôts, les mots : « moins de 74 ans ayant bénéficié de la retraite » sont remplacés par les mots : « plus de 60 ans titulaires de la carte ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
