I. – À l’alinéa 7 : 1° Substituer au mot : « cinquante » les mots : « deux cent cinquante » ; 2° Substituer aux mots : « ou a réalisé un chiffre d’affaires n’excédant pas dix » les mots : « n’excédant pas quarante-trois millions d’euros ou un chiffre d’affaires n’excédant pas cinquante » ; 3° Substituer au mot : « petite » le mot : « moyenne ».  II. – La perte de recettes est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
