Summary

I – À la fin de l’alinéa 3, substituer aux mots : « se prononcer par une déclaration de projet sur l’intérêt général » les mots : « déclarer les projets d’intérêt national majeur ». II – En conséquence, supprimer les alinéas 4 à 8. III. – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « 4° Le dernier alinéa est complété par les mots : « , dont les secteurs d’intérêt national majeur concourant à la transition écologique ou à la souveraineté nationale ». »
