Summary

Après l’avant-dernier alinéa du même article L. 138‑2 du code de la sécurité sociale, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Lorsqu’un grossiste-répartiteur est sanctionné en application de l’article L. 5423‑5 du code de la santé publique, le chiffre d’affaires hors taxes pris en compte pour le calcul de l’assiette de la contribution prévue au I du présent article est majoré de 5 %. »
