Après l’alinéa 8, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « 4° Après le III sont insérés un III bis et un III ter ainsi rédigés : « III bis . – Si le pétitionnaire en fait la demande, une phase de concertation entre le pétitionnaire et l’architecte des Bâtiments de France a lieu avant que ce dernier ne prenne sa décision. « III ter . – Les décisions de l’architecte des Bâtiments de France sont rendues publiques. »
