Après l’alinéa 14, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 3°  bis  (nouveau)  Le troisième alinéa de l’article L. 131‑10 du code de l’éducation est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « L’autorité de l’État compétente en matière d’éducation a l’obligation de s’assurer que les personnes responsables n’ont pas fait l’objet d’une inscription au fichier des signalements pour la prévention de la radicalisation à caractère terroriste. » ; »
