Après l’alinéa 8, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Lorsqu’ils organisent l’accueil provisoire d’urgence, les organismes mentionnés au onzième alinéa de l’article L. 221‑1 du présent code ne peuvent participer à l’évaluation de la personne se déclarant mineure et privée temporairement ou définitivement de la protection de sa famille. »
