L’article L. 615‑4‑2 du code de la construction et de l’habitation est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Ce défaut de réponse a pour effet la rupture du contrat qui lie le syndic à la copropriété et la mise sous administration judiciaire conformément aux dispositions de l’article 29‑1 A de la loi n° 65‑557 du 10 juillet 1965 fixant le statut de la copropriété des immeubles bâtis. »
