Summary

I. – Substituer aux alinéas 6 à 11 l’alinéa suivant : « 2° La première phrase de l’article L. 531‑2 est supprimée. II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 15, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 3°  bis  Le deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 531‑12 est ainsi rédigé : « Leur participation dans le capital social de l’entreprise ne peut excéder 32 % de celui-ci ni donner droit à plus de 32 % des droits de vote. Ils peuvent percevoir de l’entreprise une rémunération dans la limite d’un plafond fixé par décret. »
