L’article L. 161‑3 du code rural et de la pêche maritime est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Il en est de même, lorsqu’en absence de titre, le chemin peut relier deux voies ou chemins, qu’il soit utilisé ou non. Le chemin est incorporé de plein droit dans le réseau des chemins ruraux de la commune qui n’a aucune obligation de l’entretenir. »
