Summary

I – Au  a  du 7° du II de l’article 150 U du code général des impôts, après la première occurrence du mot : « sociaux, », sont insérés les mots : « à une personne morale de droit privé ou public en charge d’une opération mentionnée aux articles L. 300‑1 et suivant du code de l’urbanisme, ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
