Summary
Après l’alinéa 204, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Un programme prioritaire de recherche sur la capacité des zones humides, et des milieux naturels, à stocker du carbone est créé afin d’inciter les collectivités à préserver les écosystèmes naturels. Il s’accompagne du développement d’outils coopératifs de comptabilité carbone permettant la mise en place de systèmes de compensation performants dans la poursuite d’un objectif de neutralité carbone. Moteurs de la transition écologique, ce genre d’outils permettra de co-financer des projets territoriaux climatiquement cohérents. »
