Après l’article L. 253‑8-2 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, il est inséré un article L. 253‑8-2‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 253‑8-2‑1.  – Les données relatives à l’utilisation des produits phytopharmaceutiques mentionnés au deuxième alinéa du II de l’article L. 253‑8 par les exploitants mentionnés à l’article L. 257‑1, et enregistrées dans le registre prévu à l’article L. 257‑3, sont mises à la disposition du public dans un format ouvert, aisément réutilisable et exploitable par un système de traitement automatisé, sous une forme garantissant leur caractère anonyme. »
