Summary

Avant le dernier alinéa de l’article 706‑53‑2 du code de procédure pénale, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Par dérogation au précédent alinéa, lorsque la décision concerne les délits prévus aux 4° et 13° de l'article 706‑47 précité, celle-ci est automatiquement inscrite lorsque la peine est une peine d’emprisonnement ferme, quelle que soit sa durée. »
