Summary

L’article L. 2253‑1 du code général des collectivités territoriales est ainsi modifié : « 1° Le premier alinéa est ainsi rédigé : « Une commune peut participer au capital d’une société commerciale et de tout autre organisme à but lucratif, qui s’installe sur leur territoire, dans des conditions définies par décret. « 2° Au début du deuxième alinéa, les mots : « Par dérogation au premier alinéa » sont supprimés. »
