Summary

Le deuxième alinéa du I de l’article L. 631‑1 du code de l’éducation est ainsi modifié : 1° La deuxième phrase est complétée par les mots : « afin de garantir la répartition optimale des futurs professionnels de santé sur le territoire au regard des besoins de santé » ; 2° À la troisième phrase, les mots : « des capacités de formation et » sont supprimés ; 3° À la dernière phrase, après le mot : « territoriales », sont insérés les mots : « et sociales ».
