Summary

L’article L. 131‑6 du code de l’éducation est complété par trois alinéas ainsi rédigés : « Un numéro d’Identification national des étudiants est attribué à tous les enfants dès l’âge de trois ans. « Dans le cadre du suivi de l’obligation scolaire, le numéro des enfants domiciliés dans la commune est transmis au maire. « Un décret en Conseil d’État, pris après avis de la Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, détermine les conditions d’application des deux alinéas précédents ».
