Après le I de l’article 150 VC du code général des impôts, il est inséré un I bis ainsi rédigé : « I bis . – L’abattement mentionné au I du présent article ne s’applique pas aux plus-values réalisées au titre des cessions portant sur des biens immobiliers situés dans des communes appartenant à une zone d’urbanisation continue telle que définie à l’article 232 du présent code. »
