Summary
I. – Après l’alinéa 6, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « 1° bis À la fin du premier alinéa du 3, le montant : « 12 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 8 000 € » ; ». II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 7, insérer les cinq alinéas suivants : « 2° bis Le deuxième alinéa du 3 est supprimé ; « 2° ter Le dernier alinéa du 3 est ainsi modifié : « a) Aux première et troisième phrases, le montant : « 12 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 8 000 € » ; « b) À la fin de la même troisième phrase, le montant « 15 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 11 000 € » ; « c) La dernière phrase est supprimée. »
