Summary
I. – À la fin du second alinéa du VI de l’article 69 du code général des impôts, le mot : « cinq » est remplacé par le mot : « deux ». II. – Le I entre en vigueur à compter du 1 er janvier 2021. III. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
