Summary

Dans un délai de six mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport évaluant les modalités selon lesquelles les personnes en situation de handicap accueillies dans un établissement ou un service d’aide par le travail pourraient bénéficier de la reconnaissance d'un statut de salarié protégé inscrit dans le code de travail.
