Summary

Après l’article 222‑14‑4 du code pénal, il est inséré un article 222‑14‑5 suivant : «  Art. 222‑14‑5. –  Le fait d’exercer des pressions psychologiques ou physiques sur une personne dans le but de la contraindre à faire établir un certificat attestant de sa virginité est puni de trois ans d’emprisonnement et 45 000 euros d’amende. « Lorsque lesdites pressions sont exercées à l’encontre d’une personne mineure l’infraction est punie de cinq ans d’emprisonnement et 75 000 euros d’amende. »
