Après le c du 4° de l’article 45 de l’ordonnance n° 2015‑899 du 23 juillet 2015 relative aux marchés publics, il est inséré un d) ainsi rédigé : «  d)  Ont conclu une convention judiciaire d’intérêt public, prévue à l’article 41‑1‑2 du code de procédure pénale, portant sur les infractions prévues aux articles 1741 et 1743 du code général des impôts, ainsi que pour des infractions connexes. »
