Après l’alinéa 34, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « L’opérateur France Travail désigne, à moyens constants, dans chaque territoire, à une maille définie par décret, un « guichet petites et moyennes entreprises » qui constitue l’interlocuteur unique des entreprises de moins de deux cent cinquante salariés actives sur le territoire et requérant un conseil ou accompagnement au recrutement. »
