Après l’alinéa 8, insérer l’alinéa suivant : «  Art. L. 5121‑7‑1 . – Lorsque les résultats obtenus par l’entreprise au regard des indicateurs mentionnés à l’article L. 5121‑7 se situent en deçà d’un niveau défini par décret, l’employeur fixe et publie les objectifs de progression de chacun de ces indicateurs, selon des conditions définies par décret. »
