Rédiger ainsi l'alinéa 7 : « Les conditions d’ouverture, d’organisation et de fonctionnement de ces structures sont définies par décret en Conseil d’État. Ce décret précise notamment les conditions de prise en charge financière du transport des corps. Il précise également les conditions de restitution des corps ayant fait l’objet d’un tel don en prenant en compte la volonté du donneur, en informant et en associant les familles aux décisions. »
