Summary

Le dix-septième alinéa de l’article 2 de la loi constitutionnelle n° 2005‑205 du 1 er mars 2005 relative à la Charte de l’environnement est ainsi modifié : 1° À la fin de la première phrase, les mots : « un développement durable » sont remplacés par les mots : « une transition écologique » ; 2° La seconde phrase est ainsi rédigée : « À cet effet, elles concilient le progrès social avec la protection et la mise en valeur de l’environnement. »
