Après l’article L. 5542‑41 du code des transports, il est inséré un article L. 5542‑41‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 5542‑41‑1 . – I. – Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 1235‑3-1 du code du travail est applicable au cas de nullité du licenciement, constaté par un juge, d’un délégué de bord en raison de l’exercice de son mandat. « II. – Le neuvième alinéa de l’article L. 1235‑3-1 du code du travail est applicable aux délégués de bord qui bénéficient d’un statut protecteur, dans des conditions définies aux articles L. 5543‑3 et L. 5543‑3-1. »
