Summary

Après le sixième alinéa de l’article 24 de la loi du 29 juillet 1881 sur la liberté de la presse, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Seront punis des peines prévues au premier alinéa ceux, qui par l’un des moyens énoncés à l’article 23, remettent en question la supériorité des lois de la République. »
