Rédiger ainsi l’article 46 : « L’article L. 6323‑6 du même code est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes : «  Art. L. 6323‑6 . – Tout projet d’opération conduisant à la cession, à l’apport, sous quelque forme que ce soit, ou la création d’une sûreté relativement à l’un des biens et titres de participation dont la propriété doit être transférée à l’État en application du point I, II ou III de l’article L. 6323‑2‑1, est interdit. »
