Summary

Le code du travail est ainsi modifié : 1° À la première phrase de l’article L. 2251‑1, les mots : « peut comporter » sont remplacés par les mots : « ne peut comporter que ». 2° L’article L. 2252‑1 est ainsi modifié : a)  Au premier alinéa, après le mot : « interprofessionnel », est inséré le mot : « ne » ; b)  Le second alinéa est supprimé. 3° Le second alinéa de l’article L. 2253‑1 est ainsi rédigé : « Cet accord ne peut comporter des stipulations moins favorables aux salariés. » 4° Les articles L. 2253‑4 et L. 3122‑6 sont abrogés.
