Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 6 : « Un professionnel qui contacte un consommateur ou un usager sur une ligne fixe, directement ou par l’intermédiaire d’un tiers agissant pour son compte, en vue de réaliser des études, des sondages ou de la prospection commerciale ne peut effectuer cet appel que du lundi au samedi et sur des plages horaires s’étalant de neuf heures trente à onze heures trente, et de quatorze heures trente à dix-huit heures trente. Aucun appel ne peut être effectué le dimanche et les jours fériés. »
