L’article 8 du Règlement est ainsi modifié : 1° Au début du quatrième alinéa, le nombre : « 3 » est remplacé par le nombre : « 4 » ; 2° Est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le Bureau tend à être composé à parité de femmes et d’hommes. Pour ce faire, les groupes politiques, dès lors qu’ils présentent deux candidats ou plus à chacune des fonctions mentionnées aux deuxième à cinquième alinéas, doivent présenter un nombre égal de femmes et d’hommes, à un près. »
