Summary

Après le troisième alinéa de l’article L. 442‑12 du code de l’éducation, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le contrat simple prévoit un pourcentage minimal d’élèves bénéficiaires d’une bourse nationale dans l’établissement. Ce pourcentage est fixé, après concertation avec la direction de l’établissement, par l’autorité académique. »
