Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 5, substituer à l’année : « 2028 »  l’année : « 2025 ». II. – Compléter le même alinéa par la phrase suivante : « À compter du 1 er  janvier 2023, le niveau de performance d’un logement décent ne peut être inférieur au niveau de la classe G au sens de l’article L. 173‑1‑1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation. ». III. – En conséquence, supprimer l’alinéa 7.
