Summary
L’article 191 de la loi n° 2021‑1104 du 22 août 2021 portant lutte contre le dérèglement climatique et renforcement de la résilience face à ses effets est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Ces objectifs ne sont pas applicables à la collectivité territoriale de Guyane. Un décret en Conseil d’État détermine en concertation avec la collectivité les objectifs qui lui sont fixés. »
