Dans un délai de six mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport présentant les actions envisagées pour aider la filière pépinière viticole française qui subit une dégradation sans précédent liée à la crise viticole, les aléas climatiques et l’évolution des marchés, et notamment la possibilité d’une aide exceptionnelle pour financer la destruction de plants invendus et assainir le marché.
