Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 13, substituer aux mots : « de cent-vingt jours au cours d'une même année », les mots : « d’une limite définie par délibération du conseil municipal de la commune de ce meublé, pouvant aller de soixante à cent-vingt jours au cours d’une même année civile. » II. – En conséquence, à la fin de l’alinéa 28, substituer aux mots : « plus de cent-vingt jours au cours d’une même année », les mots : « au-delà du seuil mentionné au IV de l’article L. 324‑1‑1 ».
