L. 225-4-1 A . – N’est pas pénalement responsable la victime de l’infraction sanctionnée par l’article 225‑4‑1 qui a été contrainte de commettre une infraction dans le cadre de la traite des êtres humains ou des infractions d’exploitation mentionnées à l’avant-dernier alinéa du I du même article ».
